Description:
Leasing apartments using excellent telephone and in-person sales techniques; must have the ability to conduct site tours, showing prospective residents the community.

Assist in development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies; maintain established closing ratios.

Prepare all lease related paperwork accurately and timely.

Follow established policies and procedures. Assist with management of the day to day operation of the community.

Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident service requests. Perform Move-In, Move –Out inspections and other responsibilities as assigned.
