Francisco Reyna is Vice President of Development for Altman Logistics Properties, overseeing all aspects of the development process for ground-up construction, rehabilitation, and property conversions for newly acquired and existing assets.

Before joining Altman, Francisco served as Assistant Vice President of Development at Link Logistics Real Estate, where he managed the entire development process from initial entitlements to project completion. Notably, he led the coordination of design teams, consultants, and general contractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

With over a decade of experience in construction and development, Francisco has held key positions at DPR Construction and Turner Construction Company. At DPR Construction, he managed high-value projects, including the AHMC TAVR Room, The Boardwalk at Boca Pointe, the LG Washing Machine Factory, and The Standard Hotel in Miami Beach. During his tenure at Turner Construction Company, he was responsible for estimating, project management, and construction coordination across various sectors, including commercial and mission-critical projects.

Francisco holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has intermediate proficiency in French and Italian. He lives in Miami with his wife and two daughters.
