Rob Rabin joined Altman Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 2019. He is responsible for managing the company’s financial reporting, accounting, risk management, budgeting, forecasting and cash management functions.
He has over 25 years of financial and accounting experience in South Florida, the last 10 of which were in the real estate and property management industries. Rob has been involved with over $1 billion of development projects in Florida and has overseen management of over 300,000 residential units and over 1 million square feet of office and retail assets.
After graduating from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration in 1991, Rob became a certified public accountant (CPA) while working for the Big 4 accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, before transitioning into private industry.
