As Vice President of Acquisition for Altman Living, Gerardo Lopez-Corona oversees all aspects of the acquisition process in Florida. He plays a key role in market selection and is responsible for land acquisition, contract negotiations, underwriting, and due diligence.
Gerardo has over 20 years of real estate experience, including over a decade in multifamily development. Previously, he was a partner at a Miami-based investment and development firm, specializing in value-added acquisitions across multifamily, office, and retail properties, as well as land acquisitions for multifamily development in Florida. He is a member of ULI and the National Association of Realtors.
