Altman has partnered with RAM Real Estate and Butters Construction & Development to redevelop the Mutual of America Life Insurance office building in Boca Raton, Florida. The approximately 11.7-acre site is currently planned to include a 290-unit apartment community across a seven-story building, along with 2,000 square feet of retail space and approximately 71,624 square feet of warehouse/office space across two buildings.
