Alton Cutler Bay, a joint venture between Kolter Multifamily and Altman, is a planned mixed-use development in Princeton, Florida, through a joint development with O’Connor Capital Partners and Baptist Health.
Alton Cutler Bay is planned to feature 330 luxury rental residences offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, along with a standalone clubhouse and resort-style amenities.
In addition to the residential component, O’Connor Capital Partners plans to develop approximately 85,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a Publix and complemented by national tenants such as Starbucks, Wendy’s, PNC and Chipotle.
Baptist Health plans to develop an approximately 46,000-square-foot emergency center and medical office campus, adding to the development’s amenities and accessibility.
The new development will be located at the intersection of SW 248th Street and the Florida Turnpike, providing strong visibility and convenient access to major transportation corridors, as well as proximity to key retail, dining, and employment centers in Kendall, Dadeland, and the greater South Miami-Dade area.
Alton Cutler Bay is expected to be completed in 2028.
