Altís Miramar is a three story garden style apartment community in Miramar, Florida. It is part of a larger community that also includes Altra Miramar, consisting of 330 apartment homes . The communities were developed by a joint venture which included Rockpoint Group. Affiliates of AvalonBay Communities purchased the apartment communities in 2022.
