Apex Logistics Park at Delray is a joint venture between Altman Logistics Properties and PCCP, LLC. Comprised of approximately 40-acres, the joint venture intends to develop up to 600,000 square feet of logistics space across three buildings. The first phase, currently under construction, will feature an approximately 200,000-square-foot, Class A logistics building, and will be among the first infill logistics projects with direct access and frontage on US 441, just north of the bustling Atlantic Avenue commercial corridor.
