Altman entered into a joint venture in 2014 with CC Homes, a Codina-Carr company, to develop 394 homes in a portion of the newly developed Bonterra community in Hialeah, Florida. CC Homes built 394 highly stylized single-family homes complete from the exteriors with clapboard shutters, distinctive hardware and brick paver driveways to spacious interiors with upgraded designer touches. Bonterra amenities include access to a clubhouse, fitness center, resort pool, parks and a 15-acre lake. The final home was sold in 2017.
