Coquina Shores is a new master-planned community in Palm Coast, Florida. Del Webb closed on the first phase of homesites and plans to initially build 223 homes within the 55-plus active adult community. The builder is under contract for the balance of the site in a phased take-down schedule. At full build-out, Coquina Shores will total approximately 650 homes.
The gated community will offer a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities, with resort-style amenities including a spacious clubhouse, fitness center, pool, pickleball and bocce courts, and a community garden. Residents will also enjoy walking trails with direct access to the Lehigh Trail, a 6.7-mile walking and biking trail known for its lush tree canopy and natural beauty.
