Del Webb Flagler Beach is a new master-planned community in Palm Coast, Florida. Del Webb closed on the first phase of homesites and plans to begin development of the initial 223 homes within the 55+ active adult community. At full build-out, Del Webb Flagler Beach will total approximately 650 homes.
The first phase of the community is expected to feature 223 homes, offering five models and up to ten floor plans ranging from approximately 1,300 to 2,800 square feet. The gated community plans to offer a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities, with resort-style amenities including a spacious clubhouse, fitness center, pool, pickleball and bocce courts, and a community garden. Residents will also enjoy walking trails with direct access to the Lehigh Trail, a 6.7-mile walking and biking trail known for its lush tree canopy and natural beauty.
Located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach in the City of Palm Coast, Del Webb Flagler Beach will offer convenient access to I-95 and U.S. Route 1, placing residents near some of the region’s most desirable destinations.
