Altman was the master developer of PGA Station, a mixed-use project consisting of office, medical, hotel and retail uses located on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The project consists of three separate pods. BBX re-positioned Pods A & C by obtaining entitlements for a 122-room hotel, 188,000 SF of office space and 9,100 SF of medical space. BBX Capital Real Estate sold off each of the components. On Pod B, BBX Capital Real Estate joint ventured with Stiles Corporation and re-positioned the entitlements on all three buildings and sold each of the components in April 2019.
