Altman entered into a joint venture agreement with New Urban Communities to develop the Village of Victoria Park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Located in the highly desirable Victoria Park neighborhood and convenient to downtown, the gated community consists of 30 highly amenitized two-story cluster homes with private courtyards. The final home was sold in 2018.
