Alex Gorenstein is Vice President and Director of Investments for Altman, and he is responsible for helping oversee and manage the full life cycle of Altman’s investments. He has over 12 years of experience in real estate and is well-versed in various real estate asset classes.
Prior to joining Altman, Alex worked at Rialto Capital, a private equity real estate firm where he underwrote the acquisition of over $3 billion in CMBS and distressed loan portfolio investments secured by various real estate asset classes throughout the U.S. He also helped manage and oversee a portfolio of $1 billion of non-performing commercial real estate loans.
