Mr. Andrew Meran is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for the Altman Companies. He is responsible for debt and equity relationships along with joint venture equity and loan closings. He is also the Managing Director of Investments for BBX Capital Corporation where he oversees underwriting and asset management for BBX Capital Real Estate’s portfolio.
Mr. Meran graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and brings over 20 years of real estate finance experience in direct equity investing, loan origination and syndication to the Altman Companies. His experience includes structuring complex transactions on all real estate asset classes. He is a graduate of Leadership Broward, Class XXV and holds a Florida Real Estate License.
