He oversees all phases of multifamily development, from land acquisition and financial analysis to construction execution and property management transition. His well-rounded expertise ensures that Altman’s communities are strategically developed, financially viable, and built to the highest standards. He remains committed to driving innovation and excellence in the multifamily sector.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has been instrumental in the development of $1.5 billion in multifamily assets. Before transitioning into development, he spent 15 years as a general contractor, gaining hands-on experience in multifamily construction and building a strong foundation in project execution and construction management.
