Jordan Chase is Altman’s Living President of Construction and has been actively involved in construction and development since 1980, with a focus on innovative design and advanced building techniques.
Jordan brings extensive industry experience, most recently serving at Greystar from 2012 to 2022, where he managed both third-party general contractors and self-perform projects. His portfolio includes complex high-rise residential with retail, mid-rise mixed-use, Type III urban infill developments, student housing, active adult communities, assisted living and memory care facilities, and Type V on-grade residential projects. His active construction and development experience spans Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Arizona, and Nevada. Before Greystar, Jordan held construction and development roles at Wood Partners, AvalonBay Communities, The Olson Company, and DR Horton.
Additionally, Jordan has design-build experience in custom residential estate homes, restaurants, and commercial construction, further demonstrating his diverse expertise in the industry.
