Justin Dunn serves as the Managing Director of Development for Altman Logistics Properties. With over 20 years of experience, Justin leads all aspects of the development process from entitlements and planning to budgeting and execution. He’s responsible for expanding the logistics business by ensuring high-quality project execution and overall delivery, as well as establishing and implementing efficient processes to ensure quality control and accountability.
Most recently, Justin was a Senior Vice President at Hilco Redevelopment Partners where he oversaw all facets of the development process for multiple, complex industrial projects totaling $4.2B. Additionally, he served as a Vice President, Development at Hillwood Investment Properties, and Senior Director, Development at Tradepoint Atlantic, where he oversaw 7M+ square feet of complex, new development on a large brownfield site and was responsible for transactions and delivery of more than $650 million. Notable past tenant transactions include deals with Amazon, Home Depot, and Under Armour.
An honors graduate of Stevenson University, Justin is a LEED Accredited Professional and is actively involved in his community, volunteering with a local youth basketball team. Justin resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
