As the Director of Operations, Kirsten is responsible for assisting with the strategic planning process and managing the implementation of key initiatives resulting from those strategic plans. In her role, Kirsten is also responsible for operational support related to helping Altman create, establish, and execute essential processes that are central to achieving organizational objectives.
Kirsten has worked with the BBX Capital family of companies since 2004 managing diverse, highly complex projects and programs from initiation through closure via a formal, comprehensive project management process. She has also hired, developed, and supported dynamic and effective teams in Finance and Operations.
Kirsten is a graduate of Leadership Broward Class XXXIV and recently retired from the Board of Directors for Leadership Broward and Equine Assisted Therapies of South Florida. She is also a member of the Entrepreneur Council for The Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance.
Kirsten holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Kirsten resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with her husband and son.
