Madeline Fine is the Vice President and Director of Leasing at Altman Logistics Properties, where she manages the company’s leasing strategy and activity across its growing portfolio of logistics assets throughout key strategic Eastern U.S. markets. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s developments by establishing platform-wide leasing, branding, and marketing strategies from the ground up, promoting brand recognition through innovative marketing, and enhancing asset value by securing target tenants in alignment with the platform’s sound development and investment strategies.
Madeline joins Altman from her previous role as a leasing broker at JLL, where she focused on office leasing in South Florida, specializing in landlord representation for large institutional firms, private equity firms and local businesses. Her early career work included spearheading marketing, branding, and integrated communications campaigns for a variety of local and national firms from commercial real estate, hospitality, construction, and law firms to corporate brands in Melbourne, Australia.
Madeline earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida and additional credits from the University of Melbourne. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and has a published dissertation in the University of Florida George A. Smathers Library. She is actively involved in leading industry organizations including NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Miami. Fine is also bilingual in both English and Spanish and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent.
