Mark Jackson is the Vice President of Development for Altman Logistics Properties, overseeing the entire development process from entitlements and planning to budgeting and execution. He collaborates closely with the acquisitions team to conduct prospective site analyses and manages budgets and schedules for all projects.
With over 10 years of experience in real estate development and construction, Mark began his career in Philadelphia at Turner Construction, working on a range of projects from urban skyscrapers to rural data centers and hospitals. He later served as Vice President of Development at Warren Avenue Investors, a Philadelphia-based life sciences developer. Most recently, he was Vice President of Preconstruction at RJB Contracting, where he led estimating, budgeting, and subcontractor procurement.
Mark is a graduate of Villanova University and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania. He lives just outside of Philadelphia with his wife and daughter.
