Max Stone is the Vice President of Acquisitions at Altman Logistics Properties. In this role, he oversees the firms’ capital deployment efforts into both development and existing building acquisitions across key strategic Eastern U.S. markets.
Max has 8 years of expertise in industrial investment and development, during which he invested $2 billion of capital through existing building acquisitions and new developments. Before joining Altman, he held positions at CapitaLand, where he facilitated the firm’s penetration into the U.S. industrial market. Before his role at CapitaLand, Max was a Senior Associate of Investments with Bridge Logistics Properties, where from 2021-2023, he helped launch the firm’s West Coast operations. Max began his career at BKM Capital Partners, where he was first introduced to investing in high barriers to entry infill logistics markets, which remains ingrained in him to this day.
Max earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. As an active member of the community and real estate industry, he is involved in NAIOP and CIASF.
