As Senior Vice President of Altman Management, Kristi oversees the operations of Altman’s joint venture with RAM, ensuring the seamless launch of new communities and a high standard of property management excellence. With a comprehensive background in new construction, property renovations, repositions, acquisitions, and large capital projects, Kristi brings extensive expertise to her role. Known for her skill in team building, client relations, and staff training, Kristi also holds the CAM, CAPS, and NAAEI Trainer designations.
Kristi has served as President of both the Southeast Florida Apartment Association and the Florida Apartment Association, further underscoring her commitment and influence within the industry. Kristi obtained a degree in Residential Sciences and a minor in Merchandising from Florida State University.
